All Sunny Mar Studio jewelry pieces are handmade with love and intention, and are therefore final sale and non-returnable. By purchasing from Sunny Mar Studio, you agree that the jewelry is used at your own risk. We craft each piece by hand, so slight variations in color or texture are part of the charm of Sunny Mar and are not considered defects. In the rare event that your piece arrives with an inconsistency or quality issue, please reach out to us promptly and we will be happy to replace it at no extra cost.

Report Issues
If your jewelry arrives damaged, or you notice a defect, contact us immediately via email at sunnymarstudio@gmail.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement after receiving your damaged piece.

Like many fine jewelry makers, bespoke or custom-designed pieces are crafted especially for you and are non-refundable.

To preserve your jewelry’s beauty: avoid exposure to liquids, oils, lotions, and extreme environments. Remove pieces before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.
